The method

Four moves. No performance.

Being good with women isn’t a set of lines. It’s putting her at ease, being the real you, asking instead of assuming — and letting the connection turn up when it’s ready.

01

Ease

Put her at ease before anything else.

Nobody relaxes around someone they’re keeping half an eye on. Match her pace, pick plans that are easy to leave, and notice whether she’s opening up or winding down. When she feels safe, the fun stuff has somewhere to go.

02

Real

Drop the mask, no script.

The version of you that’s trying to impress is usually the least interesting one. Say what you actually think, laugh at what you actually find funny, and be curious about her — not about how you’re coming across. If she likes the real you, brilliant. If she doesn’t, no act was going to fix that.

03

Ask

One cheeky question. Then give her room.

Flirting is allowed — it’s half the fun. A good chat isn’t a yes to anything else, so say what you’d like in plain words, with a smile, and make no just as easy to say as yes. Then stop talking and let her answer. A clear no isn’t a failure. It’s the question doing its job.

04

Connect

Let it land on its own.

You can’t force a spark, and you don’t need to. Be clear about what you want, listen to what she wants, and let it find its own shape — a second date, a fling, a friendship, something long-term. And if you get it wrong along the way, own it in one sentence and carry on. A no isn't hers to fix. Take it graciously and let her get back to her night.

Question bank

Ask something only she could answer.

  1. 01

What were you hoping tonight would be like, honestly?

  2. 02

You lit up talking about that. What’s the bit people usually miss?

  3. 03

Who do you actually like spending a Sunday with?

  4. 04

Is this a good moment to keep talking, or do you want to find your friends?

Leave this one. So what do you look for in a guy?
