Classes and mentoring

Work it through with a person.

The method, drills and guides are free, and they'll get you a long way. If you'd rather talk it through (your situation, your nerves, the bit you keep getting wrong), here's how to do it with a coach. Practical, friendly, and no judgement.

Formats

Three ways to do it.

1:1 mentoring

Just you and a coach.

Private sessions built around what you actually want help with: confidence, a situation you're in, saying what you want, or getting unstuck after a run of awkward dates.

  • Where: Online by video, or in person (classes available, locations announced soon)
  • Length: 60 minutes
  • Options: Single session, or a block of 3 or 6 sessions
  • Price: from £75 per session (3 sessions from £200, 6 sessions from £390)

Group classes (in person)

Small group, practical, surprisingly fun.

A small group working through the four moves with short exercises, talking practice and a fair bit of laughing at ourselves. You'll leave with things to try that week.

  • Where: Classes available, locations announced soon
  • Group size: up to 10 people
  • Length: 3 hours, with a break
  • Price: from £45 per person

  • Platform: Live video call (joining link sent when you book)
  • Length: 90 minutes
  • Recordings: We don't record participants.
  • Price: from £25 per person

For guys who want to get this right.

A good fit if:

  • You're dating, again or for the first time, and want to feel less awkward and more like yourself.
  • You've tried advice online and something about it felt off.
  • You want to get better at saying what you want, and hearing what they want.
  • You're already seeing someone and want to talk more clearly about expectations.
  • You're 18 or over.

Not a fit if:

  • You're looking for ways round a no.
  • You want help getting one particular person to change their mind.
  • You need support with something heavier than coaching can carry (see "Coaching, not therapy" below).

What we cover

The four moves, in practice.

01

Ease

Making it easy to be around you: plans, pace, safety, and an easy way out for both of you.

02

Real

Dropping the mask and the script. Saying true things without overdoing it.

03

Ask

Expectations out loud. Flirting as an offer. Asking for what you want, and taking a no or a "not yet" well.

04

Connect

Working out what you both want, and keeping the conversation going as things change.

Coming soon

Pacing, reading intensity, firm versus sensual, and praise with care. How to find out what someone actually likes and check in as you go. High level, consent-first, never explicit.

What happens when you book.

  1. 01

    Get in touch

Fill in the contact form and tell us roughly what you'd like help with. A sentence is plenty.

  2. 02

    Quick chat

A free 15-minute call to check it's a good fit and answer any questions. No hard sell.

  3. 03

    The session or class

Conversational and practical. You'll talk, try things, and leave with one or two things to practise.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

[PLACEHOLDER: e.g. short written notes after 1:1 sessions, or a follow-up email after classes.]

Coaching, not therapy.

Coaching is about skills, habits and confidence from here on. It isn't therapy or counselling, it isn't medical or legal advice, and it isn't a crisis service. If something heavier comes up, like past harm, a mental health crisis or addiction, we'll say so honestly and point you towards people qualified to help.

Ground rules (1:1 and classes):

  • Everyone is 18 or over.
  • What's shared in the room stays in the room. The only exceptions are if someone is at serious risk of harm or the law requires it (see /policies).
  • Talk is frank, never explicit.
  • No names or details that could identify anyone you're talking about.
  • You never have to share more than you want, and you can pass on any exercise.
  • Exercises are talking-based. Nobody is asked to touch anyone.
  • Respect for everyone, in the room and out of it. Anyone who can't manage that will be asked to leave. If you're asked to leave for breaking the code of conduct, your place isn't refunded (see /policies).
