Midnight Management has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation in any form. We support the aims of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, and these commitments apply to everyone we work with.
1. Consent is freely given, and can be withdrawn
Every creator chooses to work with us. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for any piece of work.
2. 18+ only. Always verified
We only work with adults. We check age and ID before any agreement or work begins.
3. Creators own their content and accounts
Your content and your accounts belong to you. We never take ownership or control of them.
4. Fair, written contracts
Every agreement is written down, in plain English, and shared before you sign. You're encouraged to get independent advice.
5. Nothing withheld
We never hold on to your passports, ID or other documents. We never demand your passwords. We never withhold your earnings.
6. Free to leave
Exit terms are clear from day one. No penalties for leaving.
7. Speak up
If you have a concern about us, or anyone we work with, tell us. Reports are treated seriously and in confidence.
